If anyone is considering field day 2007, we can either do what we can to get the tent repaired or look at a new tent. Not asking for donations, we are happy to provide some support.

Kelly stumbled on the last one at a very cheap price, on sale and more off with some coupons. So the damage from the white water rafting event Smile

at Rick and Margo's house last year was not a big loss at all.

We are planning a trip to Pottsville (Yuengling brewery tour) this Fri 5/4/07 and it's not far from Cabelas outfitters. We'll look for a tent up there and see what is avail.

If Rick is not planning on field day this year, we'll wait and see what we can do with repairing the old tent, or wait for a sale before we pick something else up.

Just looking for a possible field day schedule if anyone has any ideas.

I'll go ahead and offer my place for FD this year, unless someone has a better spot. I'd also like to know what was spent on the tent so I can at least chip in.

We looked at Cabelas and they didn't have much that would work out like the last one.
Kelly, bought the last one at Sears and we'll keep our eyes out for sales there.

If we can find a similar deal, no need to pitch in. I appreciate the offer, but not necessary, just glad to help out. Believe me, that thing was CHEAP Smile

It seems that the majority of participants this year are not able to join in Field Day 2007 - and therefore we will not be having Field Day at my place. Maybe we'll dive back in next year (June 2008), but there seems to be a lot of people who have more pressing priorities this year.
